Eliminate notification badges with Confero

By | January 4, 2015

Most Apple iOS device users from all around the world are facing a love-hate relationship when it comes down to the red notifications badges that appear in the upper right corner of apps, whenever users have pending notifications from that certain app. As many have said that these badges can turn out to be quite annoying, a Cydia tweak known by the name of Confero has been created with the purpose of cleaning up the home-screen interface.

Once Confero has been installed, users will have to go ahead and enter the stock Settings app, where the app can be configured. Once there, users can take a look at the preference panel for the Cydia app, which is quite impressive thanks to tis nice and easy to use layout. Once users have enabled the app, and tweaked the settings which are available, the iOS device will stop displaying the red badges and rather a small reddish cut over in the upper right corner which is sure to be more pleasant to the eye.Confero-1024x807

When it comes down to the ease of use of this app, it can be easily said that tidying up the home screen of an iOS device has never really been easier. Thanks to the smart way that the app works, users can also decide which apps will not display the notification badges, thus making it better for all of those who find these notifications to be eye-soring.

Based on everything that has been outlined so far, what do you personally think about Confero? Is this a Cydia tweak that you find useful? Let us know your thoughts in the comment section below.
