If you happened to be lucky enough to use the program iFile, you are already in a good spot. Open up your Safari or a web browser on your device. Then point your browser to http://apt.saurik.com/debs/cydia_1.1.8_iphoneos-arm.deb. You can then use iFile’s option to install it. iFile might throw an error about missing dependencies, but as long a you can get it to install the base, you can boot up Cydia and it will install the rest for you.

The second option is using Redsn0w. Download and install the latest version of Redsn0w. Click the “Jailbreak” button. And find the checkboxes. Now when you do this make sure that install cydia is the ONLY checkbox that is checked. After that let the software do its thing and you should be good to go.
