Are you sick of the dull look that iOS 8 can get after you’ve been using it for a prolonged period of time or you would simply like to try out a different look while most of the visual aspects of the software remain the same? Tintch represents a brand new Cydia tweak that allows users to colorize all of the switches, but also toggles that are present throughout the operating system.
With this in mind, Tintch has quite a simple purpose in mind. Allow users to easily change up the colours, which it easily does by letting them access the libolorpicker library on the iOS which presents a couple of RGB sliders, but also a HSB colour spectrum that can then be used to select the colours that you’re looking for. Additionally, the Cydia app also offers a hexadecimal code entry feature, where users can simply put in the colour codes that they desire and get them displayed on the toggles and switches that can be found in iOS.
When it comes down to the ease of use of Tintch, it is worth stating that it offers quite a simple user interface. Once users get to it, they can find an ‘On’ and ‘Off’ switch along with the colour picker. Another interesting fact that is worth keeping in mind is that once you have configured the toggle colours to your liking, you don’t actually have to respring your device, but rather just force close the running apps so that the new feature will take effect.

Tintch is also great because of the fact that it works all the way from iOS 6 up to iOS 8, so almost all iOS users should be able to use it.
